Education:

Diploma from Zhongshan University. Ms. Wang studied Laws in Macao at Macao University from 2002 to 2003, and now is studying civil and commercial law from China University of Political Science and Law for her master’s degree。

Career Experience:

--Passed the National Bar examination in 1997 and obtained lawyer license in 1999.
--Settle down in Macao since 2001.
--Started her career at China Legal Service(Macao) Co. from April 2001 to May 2004, Ms. Wang has handled lots of cases of foreign investment and foreign-oriented economic dispute with rich experience accrued

--As the first Macao resident that practicing in the mainland after the carry out of CEPA, Ms. Wang acquired extensive experience in economic consulting and handling related litigation matters as well as  intellectual property matters such as enforcement against trade mark and copyright infringement activities, application for registration of patents and trade marks, drafting licensing contracts and  contracts for the provision and transfer of technology, prosecuting and defending cases of infringement of intellectual property rights.

Areas of Practice:

Ms. Wang is good at legal affairs related to foreign investment, foreign trade, offshore company and capital operation. Familiar with the laws of Macao.

Ms. Wang has provided legal representation in the areas of patent, trademark and copyright procurement and intellectual property litigation for many years. Her intellectual property practice provides comprehensive legal counsel on Macao intellectual property issues, including:
